About Us
The Beginning
Our journey began in 2012 in St. Petersburg, Florida, where we started as a wholesale coffee seller for a California roaster, serving local businesses and customers. In 2015, we acquired our first Mill City Roaster, allowing us to create our own unique coffee profiles. We began developing our own blends to provide the best locally roasted coffee.
The Upgrade
In 2023, we upgraded to our current roaster, the San Franciscan SF6 (6lb/3kg). This new machine has enabled us to expand our production while achieving greater consistency and even better results.
The Partnership
That year also marked the beginning of our amazing partnership with Seven C Music, a local, family-owned guitar shop, luthier, and 7C Coffee a wonderful cafe in the heart of St.Petersburg, Florida. We now roast on-site, providing fresh coffee.
